Reporting to the Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimise multi-country paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive app installs and engagement.
Effectively manage regional media budgets to ensure campaigns meet or exceed target KPIs (CPI, CPO, ROAS).
Continuously monitor app traffic and revenue trends, create regular performance reports, and provide clear, actionable data insights for campaign and strategy optimisation.

skills and experience required

Minimum 2 years in performance marketing.
Proven ability to manage and optimise large-scale advertising budgets , with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive ROI/ROAS targets.
Expert-level analytical skills for data-driven decisions; required high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with mobile attribution (e.g., AppsFlyer) and analytic tools (e.g., GA4) for performance tracking.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end user purchasing journey and funnel marketing
