A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Pharma Service Engagement Manager to enhance customer-centricity and drive the execution of omnichannel customer engagement strategies in Japan. This individual will act as a valued business partner and the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, ensuring the high-quality delivery of digital and creative services from global production partners. The manager will be responsible for translating business needs into effective service deliveries, managing offshore teams, coordinating global initiatives for the local market, and optimizing digital content by adopting innovative processes and tools.■Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact for all Japanese customers, coordinating with offshore delivery partners to ensure service quality and SLA adherence.- Serve as a valued business partner to local stakeholders, leveraging expertise in the company's service portfolio to achieve omnichannel engagement goals.- Coordinate global digital and creative initiatives, acting as the bridge between global teams and local business units to facilitate asset localization.- Function as the first-level escalation point for any operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.- Drive the continuous improvement of service quality and offerings by understanding market requirements and supporting the launch of new customer experience solutions.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Requirements
- At least 6 years of project or account management experience, ideally in digital and web projects, with a total of at least 8 years of professional experience.
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced project management skills and experience with tools like JIRA; certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus.
- An advanced understanding of marketing tactics, digital channels, and platforms such as Veeva Vault and Drupal.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a similar field; an MBA or master's degree is a plus.
