Locate and organize patient files within Luminav (specialized software suite) or Kroll systems to ensure data accuracy.
Communicate via email with patient support programs to request and coordinate delivery requirements.
Assist the team with essential data entry tasks using the Kroll system.
Manage tasks related to patient care with a focus on resolving unfilled prescriptions.
Conduct thorough patient history reviews to ensure all required information is present in the patient file.
Demonstrate professional English communication skills when interacting with patients and providers.
Support the pharmacy team during a new program launch by handling administrative workflow items.
Perform manual data entry and basic billing tasks as required to support the permanent staff.

Must-Haves:

Knowledge of ODB and private insurance billing processes would be an asset.
