We are seeking a proactive and professional Field Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis within the FMCG / Foods / Beverage industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to excel in sales and promotion within the vibrant market of West Bengal.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular outlet visits to promote products and build strong relationships with retailers.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets within assigned territories.
- Implement promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales volume.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure product availability and optimal merchandising at all points of sale.
- H.Sc/+2/Intermediate qualification.
- Maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven skills in Outlet Visit, Sales, and Promotion.
- Strong understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage assigned responsibilities.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata, West Bengal.
