energy or heavy manufacturing sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management
• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for wind turbine blade production,
ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Manage daily operations across all departments including production, quality,
maintenance, supply chain, and logistics
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce
cycle time, and improve throughput
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to
enhance productivity and eliminate waste
Leadership & People Management
• Lead and mentor a diverse workforce of 2000+ employees including engineers,
technicians, operators, and support staff
• Build high-performance teams through effective talent acquisition, development,
succession planning, and performance management
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across
the organization
• Manage industrial relations, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational
development programs
Strategic Planning & Business Development
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives, market
trends, and customer requirements
• Conduct market analysis, SWOT assessments, and competitive benchmarking to
identify growth opportunities• Collaborate with business development teams to support new product launches and
capacity expansion projects
• Drive technology adoption and process innovations to maintain competitive

Financial Management
• Manage plant P&L, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, cost optimization, and
profitability goals
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and
financial forecasts
• Implement cost control measures and track key performance indicators including cost
per blade, manufacturing variances, and operational efficiency metrics
• Apply earned value management principles for project tracking and financial
performance analysis
Supply Chain & Procurement
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, vendor
management, inventory control, and material planning
• Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers ensuring quality, cost
competitiveness, and on-time delivery
• Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance reviews, and ensure compliance
with procurement policies and legal requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align material requirements with production
schedules
Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Champion safety culture and ensure zero-harm workplace through robust EHS
programs and risk management practices
• Drive quality excellence ensuring products meet international standards and
customer specifications
• Ensure compliance with ISO certifications, environmental regulations, and industry
standards
• Implement Six Sigma and quality management systems to reduce defects and
