Spearhead and deliver high-priority, founder-initiated strategic projects, managing the entire lifecycle from concept validation through to successful implementation and seamless transition to the Operations team.
Drive key commercial and operational transformations, including the launch of new business models, deployment of digital automation solutions, and comprehensive redesign of core processes.
Leverage Kaizen principles to ensure projects are executed with maximum speed, efficiency, and clarity.
Orchestrate cross-functional alignment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to unify objectives and proactively eliminate execution barriers.
Establish robust project governance systems to rigorously monitor progress, manage budgets, track costs, and measure project outcomes.
Capture, validate, and document critical best practices and project learnings to inform and enable future scalable rollouts.
Report directly to the founders, presenting detailed project results, strategic learnings, and comprehensive plans for scalability and broader organizational impact.
It'll Be Good If You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years’ experience in strategic projects, PMO, or operations excellence.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from zero to execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Lean or Six Sigma background preferred.
