Description: Procurement Executive
Location - Sakinaka Mumbai
Qualification - Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for RMX raw materials, non-stock consumables (spares), and services.
- Float, evaluate, and analyze Requests for Quotations (RFQs); negotiate commercial terms and prepare comparative statements.
- Support contract management activities, including documentation, follow-ups, vendor development, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Maintenance, Projects, and Administration teams to understand and consolidate procurement requirements.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using the SAP MM module.
- Handle vendor registration and onboarding through the SAP ARIBA platform.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, or
- B.Com / B.Sc
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
