In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, shaping product roadmaps and guiding agile delivery squads to produce trusted, user-focused outcomes that empower frontline and executive staff alike.
What You Will Do:- Develop and communicate the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products to ensure maximum business value alignment.
- Lead and empower multidisciplinary agile data squads, providing clear direction and outcome-focused guidance to Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into actionable, prioritised product backlogs.
- Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and enterprise standards are embedded seamlessly within product delivery and architecture.
- Oversee the continuous improvement, adoption, and long-term value realisation of data products across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in product management for digital, data, or analytics products using Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex business drivers into technical delivery goals.
- Strong background working with enterprise data platforms, business intelligence, and foundational data governance principles.
- Strategic thinking paired with practical execution skills to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams without relying on formal authority.
- Experience navigating large, complex enterprise or public sector environments to deliver user-centred solutions.
