Are you a product manager on the lookout for a new opportunity? I am currently partnering with a world-leading global medical device organization known for delivering cutting-edge, life-changing cardiovascular technologies. They offer an innovative, high-performing culture and are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive their Structural Heart franchise on an initial 3-month contract basis.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans across assigned Structural Heart product lines. Working closely with Sales Leaders, Regional APAC teams, and cross-functional partners, you will drive product engagement, support commercial growth, and ensure operational success across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, collateral, and digital content to engage healthcare professionals.
- Sales Enablement & Alignment: Build strong relationships with the field sales force, supporting targeted commercial initiatives and assisting with key hospital/public tender submissions.
- Portfolio & Inventory Management: Oversee critical operational metrics including product forecasting, stock levels, and expiry management.
- Events & Customer Education: Plan and execute customer education programs, symposiums, trade shows, and sales conferences in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities adhere to global policies and local MTAA / ISO standards.
Key Requirements
- MedTech Background: Minimum 1 year of Product Management experience within the medical device industry (experience in cardiology, vascular, or structural heart is highly regarded).
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in marketing campaign execution, product forecasting, and tender preparation.
- Communication & Influence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex clinical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment and can manage competing priorities with composure.
