- BS/BA in related discipline
- At least 2-4 years of related industry or equivalent experience
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Verbal and written communication must be professional, comprehensive, clear, direct, and accurate.
- Must be self-motivated, organized and self-managed. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a diverse group.
- Must be able to learn and apply new information quickly.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment. Must demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and excellent follow-up skills. Must deliver on-time, high-quality results.
- Must be comfortable with technology and be familiar with Excel, MS office, and Smartsheet
- Must be able to exercise sound judgment to identify and quickly escalate critical issues, including work capacity, to managers.
- Must be able to respond to urgent requests in a positive and professional manner, using solid customer service values.
