The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a machine building environment and a proven ability to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
3+ years of experience in a machine manufacturing, machine building, or heavy equipment production environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, machining processes, and precision measurement.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
