We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer with a specialization in Rolling and Extrusion processes to join our manufacturing team in Sikar, Rajasthan. This is a full-time, long-term position for a highly professional individual.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and optimize rolling and extrusion production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and project timelines.
- Monitor production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve process capabilities.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Train and mentor junior production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods related to rolling and extrusion operations.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a production engineering role, with a strong focus on Rolling and Extrusion processes.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing rolling and extrusion machinery.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and systems.
