Hourly Rate: Competitive base rate + superannuation + penalties
Shifts Available: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).

Manufacturing Experience: Industrial background in process work or production lines. Experience in raw processing, chemical mixing, grinding, or ceramics is highly preferred.
Mechanical Aptitude: Proven ability to competently operate complex machinery such as kilns, presses, or material processing equipment.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on quality, traceability, and adherence to technical batch card instructions.
Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Compliance Ready: Willingness to undergo a National Police Check, and a specialized blood test for lead exposure.
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks including lifting up to 20kg.
