Requirements:
Experience:
● Strong ability to read, understand, and work with Python code efficiently. (Don’t need to know how to code)
● Knowledge of GenAI/Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering, with experience in fine-tuning models based on feedback from business stakeholders.
● Fluent in Japanese, including both verbal communication and advanced reading comprehension, with the ability to understand technical and complex terminology.
● Ability to understand complex business requirements and design system logic and solution architectures accordingly.
● Experience translating business requirements into actionable development tasks, managing progress, and conducting deliverable reviews.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical teams.

Preferable:
● Experience working in Agile development environments.
● Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. ...
