・Experience writing business requirements and functional specifications.
・Knowledge of identifying and quantifying business issues and opportunities through data analysis.
・Ability to follow up with various teams to ensure task management and business expectations are met.
・Fundamental understanding of Relational databases (basic or general knowledge) and database concepts.
・Experience with the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment).
・Experience working in a multicultural environment.

-Great to Have:
・Knowledge about Linear Trading (SWAPS, Fly, curves, basis), Repo, Government Bonds is a significant plus.
・Experience working with Capital Market back office systems such as Istar Core, Istar GX for REPO and SLB products with underlying equities or govies (JGB, UST).
・Experience with Equities.
-Nice to Have:
・Experience working with/on:
　Orchestrade FO system
　Sophis FO system
・Familiarity with:
　Dataiku
　Blazorise
　Azure DevOps
