• Program & Grant Coordination: Oversee the planning, implementation, delivery, and reporting phases for grant and education programs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and advise external applicants and stakeholders to negotiate strong program and safety outcomes.
• Financial & Contract Management: Oversee project budgets, invoicing, payment schedules, and contractual responsibilities.
• Procurement & Administration: Prepare documentation to support the procurement of external expertise, and handle high-level program administration.
• Communications: Draft program guidelines, notification letters, media releases, newsletters, and executive briefing documents.
• Process Improvement: Identify innovative approaches to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and best-practice delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in program coordination along with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Demonstrated experience coordinating programs within a community, government, or public sector environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or formal training in Project Management (or a related field) is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influence skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience managing program administration, budgets, procurement, and contract lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills with experience drafting clear, concise professional correspondence and briefs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required for this role.
