Align program schedules with resource availability
Resolve coordination gaps and operational bottlenecks
Conduct regular sync meetings across departments 3. Program Delivery Management
Plan and monitor end-to-end program execution
Ensure timely delivery of courses, workshops, and training sessions
Coordinate with trainers/faculty for schedules and curriculum delivery
Track program quality, completion rates, and student satisfaction
Ensure adherence to delivery standards and SOPs 4. Resource & Schedule Management
Allocate trainers, classrooms, and digital resources efficiently
Maintain program calendars and delivery timelines
Handle last-minute changes and contingency planning 5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain reports on:
Program delivery status
Trainer performance
Student engagement
Prepare dashboards for management review
Document processes and improve operational workflows 6. Stakeholder Management
Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders
Ensure smooth coordination with external trainers/partners
Address escalations related to delivery or coordination Key Skills Required
Strong communication & coordination skills
Basic HR operations understanding
Program/project management skills
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM, LMS platforms
Attention to detail and process-driven mindset Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in HR coordination / program management / operations
Experience in EdTech or education sector (preferred) KPIs / Success Metrics
