Business Development & Client Relations
Oversee Business Development & Sales, ensuring a healthy order pipeline.
Build long-term client relationships with PSUs, private clients, and global partners.
Represent industry forums, tenders, and strategic alliances.
Develop and execute the EPC business strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
Identify new business prospects, lead bid strategies, and drive business development for EPC projects.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and profitability targets for the EPC vertical.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and government authorities.
Project Execution & Operations
Oversee to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of EPC projects.
Support Project leader to drive operational excellence through process mapping, risk management, and digital tools.
Review project KPIs regularly and take corrective actions.
Financial & Compliance Oversight
Full P&L ownership of the PBU (revenues, margins, collections, working capital).
Ensure compliance with BOCW Act, labour laws, HSE norms, and industry standards.
Collaborate with Finance & Accounts for budgeting, cost control, and audits.
Control project costs and drive profitability through effective contract management and cost optimization.
Team Leadership & Governance
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, QS, Procurement, HSE, Accounts.
Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KRAs, KPIs, and succession planning.
Drive learning & development initiatives to build technical and leadership capacity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil; MBA preferred.
20–25 years of experience in EPC/Engineering & Construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering large-scale EPC projects, and business expansion.
Strong knowledge of energy infrastructure (retail outlets, CNG/LCNG, LNG, EV charging, terminals, pipelines, etc.).
International exposure (South Asia/Middle East) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Lean, Agile, etc.) and financial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
