3. Consolidated Scope of Work
The deployed resources will be responsible for supporting the Newgen implementation
across all applicable business areas. Their collective scope includes:

Participate in requirement gathering workshops, discussions, and walkthroughs.
Support preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), SOPs, and
process workflows.
Assist MBFSI teams in documenting current processes and mapping them to
Newgen capabilities.
Support FIT-GAP analysis and provide inputs on functional gaps.
5. Testing & Validation
Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
Execute SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Identify, log, and track defects until closure.
Validate workflows, business rules, and document templates configured in the
system.
6. Data & Migration Support
Assist in data preparation, extraction, cleansing, and migration readiness
activities.
Support reconciliation of migrated data and verification of critical business fields.
Provide inputs during mock runs and parallel runs.
7. Process Alignment & Documentation
Support the redesign of business processes as aligned with the Newgen
platform.
Update SOPs, manuals, and operating guidelines impacted due to the new
system.
Maintain project documentation repositories, trackers, and logs.
8. Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support
Provide functional support during Go-Live and stabilization.
Assist users with queries, process walkthroughs, and system navigation.
Track and report issues, ensuring timely resolution with the implementation team.
9. Coordination & Stakeholder Support
Act as a bridge between MBFSI functional teams, project PMO, and the Newgen
implementation team.
Participate in daily/weekly reviews and present progress updates.
Maintain and share functional status trackers, testing logs, and issue registers.
10. Engagement Duration
Expected duration: 12–15 months, aligned with project phases. It will be handles
as per the Outsourcing Policy.
Resources will be contracted for the full duration unless otherwise decided by
MBFSI.
Extensions, ramp-up, or ramp-down will be mutually agreed with 30 days’ notice.
11. Work Location & Model
Primary Work Location: MBFSI Office, Pune (Chakan).
Hybrid work may be allowed as per project requirements and MBFSI approval.
Onsite presence is mandatory for key workshops, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
12. Governance & Reporting
Each resource will report functionally to MBFSI’s respective project lead.
Vendor will provide a single SPOC for issue resolution and coordination.
Weekly performance and attendance reports to be submitted to MBFSI PMO.
Monthly performance review meetings with MBFSI.
