Responsibilities
•Planning: Develop program/project plans, governance models, implementation plans, and transition approaches.
•Risk Management: Draft risk registers and obtain required approvals.
•Reporting: Develop and maintain project status dashboards; report regular progress to Bank management and sponsors.
•Resourcing: Work with management and controllers to identify and secure necessary resource requirements.
•Methodology: Ensure projects adopt an Agile approach to scope and workload management.
•Facilitation: Run daily scrum meetings to guide technical teams and prioritize deliverables.
•Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure they are met by new Cyber Security processes.
•Client Relations: Partner with Bank stakeholders to understand client needs and resolve inquiries.
•Team Coordination: Enable the broader project team, including Business Analysts, Change Management, and Communications staff.
Qualifications
•Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
•General Experience: Minimum 5 years in Information Technology or Cyber Security.
•Cyber PM Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Project Management Specialist overseeing the definition and implementation of Cyber Security solutions in a complex environment.
•Business Analysis Experience: Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience within IT projects (Cyber Security projects preferred).
•Technical Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into application solutions and write clear, concise documents for technical audiences.
•Soft Skills: Proven experience in facilitation and problem resolution.
•Certifications: PMP or SCRUM Master Certification.
•Technical Knowledge: Experience with Cloud projects (Microsoft Azure) or Cyber technology projects.
•Language: French is considered an asset.
