About the Opportunity Randstad is partnering with a highly respected construction company to source an experienced Project Manager. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion .
We are looking for a leader who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards . This role offers the best of both worlds: you will be based out of the ACT office but must be available to work on-site in Moruya as required.

Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Construction and Operations Managers , you will supervise the work of Site Managers and Contract Administrators to achieve the best business outcomes . Your duties will include:
Project Delivery: Manage projects to ensure work is performed in accordance with agreed/approved plans & specifications .
Financial Management: Maintain or improve margins and provide accurate and timely reports on progress .
Client Relations: Develop a clear understanding of client objectives and build strong, productive relationships with internal and external customers .
Safety & Quality: Implement the company Management System to comply with quality accreditation standards and demonstrate compliance with WHS policies and procedures .
Programming: Prepare a detailed Construction Program including milestones to track progress .
The Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, you must be a team player with a good personality and strong communication skills. You will bring:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Project Portfolio: Proven experience delivering successful projects valued between $2m to $20m.
Sector Expertise: Specific experience within the Education and Health sectors is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Jobpac, or Cheops, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Leadership: The ability to participate in general office meetings to contribute in a positive way to current issues .
