Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead top-priority projects across our global business units. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Commercial, Operations, R&D, IT, Supply Chain, and Procurement to ensure the successful execution and completion of critical business initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, cross-functional project execution expertise, and a proven ability to translate strategy into standalone, impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Governance & Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans-including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management-ensuring successful project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse functional stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, R&D, IT, Supply Chain, and Procurement to drive alignment and project success.
- Progress Tracking & Communication: Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, ensure adherence to key milestones, and deliver regular, effective updates to stakeholders and executive management.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, address project challenges, and implement mitigation strategies as issues arise.
- Continuous Improvement & Culture: Foster a collaborative, results-oriented project management culture, collaborate on best practices with fellow project managers, and stay current on industry trends and PM methodologies.
- Professional Development: Complete assigned project management training programs to continually refine delivery standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical field required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a multinational business environment.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing complex projects and strategic business initiatives.
- Strategic Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to understand organizational strategy and successfully implement it as a standalone project.
- Track Record: Proven success managing complex projects in a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional environment.
Skills & Competencies
Techno-Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with enterprise project planning tools (e.g., Planview, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Professional Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) highly preferred.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with proven ability to craft and deliver compelling decks to audiences across all organizational levels.
