Job Purpose ● Overview: The Pump Service Senior Engineer will be responsible for providing expert-level service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for concrete pumps, including line pumps and boom pumps. The role includes on-site and remote customer support, ensuring high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 2. Key Responsibilities ● Service & Maintenance: o Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for line pumps and boom pumps. o Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. o Oversee major overhauls and repairs to ensure pumps are in optimal working condition. ● Customer Support: o Provide technical assistance to customers on-site and remotely. o Address customer complaints and resolve technical issues promptly. o Train customers on equipment operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures. ● Compliance & Documentation: o Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation. o Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures during service operations. ● Spare Parts Management: o Coordinate with the stores team to ensure the availability of spare parts. o Monitor spare parts usage and recommend optimal stock levels. ● Continuous Improvement: o Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to service procedures. o Provide feedback to the design and manufacturing teams to enhance product reliability
