You will join a dynamic operations and business support team working closely with subject matter experts, systems engineers, and project management units. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and updates in secure test environments.
- Perform functional testing on data outputs, log discrepancies in defect tracking systems, and verify system compliance against business requirements.
- Assist in updating user guides, operational documentation, and test scripts based on testing outcomes.
- Design and build Excel-based tools and AI utilities to automate repetitive data formatting, cleansing, and reporting workflows.
- Identify manual processing bottlenecks and propose practical technical solutions to reduce processing times and human error.
- Construct and maintain dynamic operational reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
- Execute routine operational processes including accurate data entry, document indexing, and administrative support.
- Prepare and validate CSV files for system uploads, verifying formatting, data types, and record completeness.
- Monitor shared departmental mailboxes, categorising enquiries, logging responses, and routing issues to appropriate team members.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Business Analysis, or Operations Support roles.
- A university degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Excel formulas with demonstrated capability to write, debug, and build handy automation tools.
- Familiarity with the UAT lifecycle, including following test scripts, logging defects, and verifying bug fixes.
- Proven ability to analyse data patterns, identify operational discrepancies, and perform root-cause analysis.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to manage routine administrative tasks alongside project-based support.
- Strong business writing skills with the ability to draft clear emails and technical documentation.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
