We are seeking a dedicated and skilled QC Associate to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality control within the immunogenetics and flow cytometry fields.
Responsibilities:- Perform quality control testing and analysis related to immunogenetics and flow cytometry.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including flow cytometers.
- Analyze data and generate reports on QC findings.
- Identify and troubleshoot any deviations or issues in the quality control process.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all QC activities.
- Participate in method validation and process improvement initiatives.
- Master of Science (MS) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in a relevant Science field.
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in quality control.
- Proficiency in QC Associate, Quality Control, HLA, Cytometry, and Immunogenetics.
- Experience with flow cytometry techniques and instrumentation is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
