Job purpose: We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing Pump & ECU team as a Quality Assurance Engineer This position will support us in quality management in Pump & ECU APU.

• Strive for Quality performance excellence in the plant through top line growth, lean manufacturing and efficient supply chains.
• Integrate Team Quality expertise and coordinate cross-functional.
• Accomplish plant business objectives as outlined in “Annual Business Objectives”
• Accomplish tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure PTC meeting is being run and participated in at all levels.
• Ensure CM-II is functioning and CR are being processed and closed in a timely fashion.
• Lead FTQ/Scrap Problem issue resolving, Updating PFEMA & PCP with team
• Lead to analyze and resolve internal supplier or customer complaint issue and finish A3 or 8D report
• Monitor production line capability and gage MSA (CPK/PPK/CG/CGK/ISOPLOT/GRR)
• A3 Supplier/Process issues follow up
• Accomplish tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
• Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience, major in Auto or Mechanical or Engineering is a plus.
• At least 3 years QE work experience in automobile or automobile supplier company
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Good MS office software
• Familiar with APQP process and requirement
• Familiar with quality 7 methods
• Familiar with 5 tools
• Familiar with quality system IATF 16949 and VDA
• Use of 8D
• Experience at quality problem solving
• Organized and disciplined
• Dedicated to work
