Engineering Understanding: In-depth understanding of engineering drawings and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
Quality Planning: Develop Product Quality Plans and associated Process Plans.
Standards & Metrics: Maintain standards for reliability and performance; determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
Core Quality Tools: Basic knowledge in PPAP (APQP, FMEA, SPC, Control plan, MSA).
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using tools like 8D and A3.
Inspections: Expert in handling instruments and in-depth understanding of international standards requirements.
Process Monitoring: Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions.
Improvement & Reporting: Execute quality improvement testing, prepare reports on malfunctions/deviations, and corrective actions.
