Join a very large Tier 1 contractor delivering one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects. We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System, driving excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the project.
What you'll do:
Develop and maintain the project's Quality Management System in line with ISO standards.
Collaborate with project leaders and suppliers to embed effective quality processes.
Manage audits, quality KPIs, and supplier performance.
Support the integration of quality, environmental, and safety systems.
Provide training and guidance to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, construction, or a related field.
Proven experience managing quality systems on large, complex projects.
CQI Practitioner (PCQI) or above.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
