As a senior commercial professional, you will manage the full financial lifecycle of facade packages from initial tendering through to project completion.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive tender submissions and cost estimates specifically for curtain wall and glazing systems.
- Manage the procurement process by evaluating specialist material suppliers and negotiating competitive subcontract awards.
- Oversee post-contract administration, including the valuation of progress claims and the management of variation orders.
- Conduct regular cost monitoring and financial forecasting to ensure project profitability and effective budget management.
- Direct the final account settlement process with clients and vendors to ensure successful commercial project closure.

- Quantity surveying experience, with a specific focus on facade, curtain wall, or building envelope systems.
- Proven ability to handle both pre-contract tendering and post-contract commercial management within the construction industry.
