Responsibilities
• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trailers and delivery vehicles.
• Pick orders accurately using pick sheets or RF scanners to meet daily production targets.
• Deliver raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to the shipping area.
• Organize warehouse inventory to maximize space and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Perform manual heavy lifting of products and materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections on the reach truck to ensure safe operation.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and logistics team to ensure all shipments are processed on time.
• Document all stock movements and assist with inventory counts when necessary.

Requirements
• Valid experience operating a reach truck (previous internal certification is sufficient).
• Ability to commute to the job site in Guelph for a straight day shift.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Flexibility to assist with manual warehouse tasks beyond equipment operation.
• Steel-toed safety boots and other required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• A positive attitude and a track record of reliability and punctuality.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
