Responsibilities
In this role, you will balance independent tasks with team collaboration to keep the warehouse running smoothly:
Precision Operation: Flawless operation of a Raymond Reach truck for product put-away.
Order Fulfillment: Accurate order picking to meet client demands.
Fast-Paced Environment: Maintaining high energy and efficiency throughout the shift.
Communication: Consistent coordination with teammates and supervisors.
Physical Activity: Manual lifting up to 50lbs; standing, bending, and walking for up to 8 hours per shift.
Qualifications
To ensure safety and efficiency, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically on the Raymond Reach and at least 1 year of general warehousing experience.
Licensing: Must possess a valid Forklift Operator License.
Safety First: Proven ability to operate heavy machinery safely in a busy environment.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer use for inventory or tracking tasks.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
