求められる経験
■ Requirements:
• 7-10 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance, Management or Strategy Consulting, Investment
Banking, Big 4 Advisory, or other Corporate Finance/Strategy roles would be preferred.
• Demonstrable familiarity and/or interest in financial modelling and valuation, financial statement
analysis, due diligence, data analysis and presentation skillsets.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders from different
countries and various backgrounds.
• Outside of the box thinker, a self-starter, passionate, and hungry to contribute and grow.
■ Prefer to have:
• Candidates with direct real estate investment, and property brokerage experience in Japan.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent is
preferred.
