key responsibilities
Vos responsabilités :
- Vous accueillez les visiteurs de manière chaleureuse
- Vous gérez le standard téléphonique et orientez de manière précise les demandes
- Vous gérez les boîtes mails
- Vous rédigez des rapports et documents pour d'autres départements
- Vous organisez les salles de réunions pour les différents collaborateurs de l'entreprise.
- Vous vous occupez de la gestion des fournitures de bureau pour toute la société
- Vous organisez des événements en interne
qualifications
Votre profil :
- Diplôme : Bachelier en Office Management ou expérience probante sur un poste similaire.
- Savoir-être : Sens du service irréprochable, rigueur, organisation, discrétion et esprit d'équipe.
- Outils informatiques : Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word). La connaissance d'un ERP est un atout.
- Langues : Parfaite maîtrise du français et du néerlandais. L'anglais est un plus apprécié.
- Expérience : une expérience d'un an dans une fonction similaire est un véritable atout !
