Schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Reception: Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Switchboard: Screen and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Administrative Support: Perform light office tasks to support the existing team.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in reception or customer service.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
Bilingualism: Proficiency in French and English.
Availability: Must be fully available for the entire duration of the mandate (May 19 to June 2).
