Responsibilities
- Accueillir les visiteurs
- Répondre au téléphone et transférer les appels
- Classement de documents
- Fort volume d’appel (environ 100 appels par jour)
- Gestion de la boîte courriel
- Toutes autres tâches administratives connexes


Qualifications
Réceptionniste temporaire / Secteur Ste-Foy

- Expérience à la réception ou dans un domaine semblable
- Bon français
- Bon service à la clientèle
- Débrouillard et sourire dans la voix
