about the job
As the Regional Sales Manager (SEA), you will link high-level strategy with operational execution. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will own your territory, revenue targets, and ensure top client/partner satisfaction. This leadership role involves managing and developing a multi-market regional sales team, aligning with global objectives while adapting strategies to local market needs
key responsibilities
- Grow SEA revenue and market share for the portfolio while managing pricing and margins
- Strengthen distribution and support partners with sales programs and market insights to maximize sell-out
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct competitor benchmarking to inform regional strategy
- Lead and develop a multi-country sales team, setting targets and coaching actively

skills and experience required
- Experience in sales management, specifically within the automotive, tire, or FMCG sectors
- Deep fluency in managing regional distributors and navigating diverse South East Asian markets
- Proven commercial accountability including managing revenue, KPIs, and P&L/margins
- Experience with line management, specifically leading and developing multi-country sales teams
- Strong analytical capability to translate market data and competitor benchmarking into measurable results
