Identify and aggressively pursue high-value sales leads within the Life Science, Tech, and Retail verticals to drive double-digit volume growth.
Move beyond "off-the-shelf" services to design bespoke pricing and "Port-Centric" logistics strategies that integrate physical port assets with digital visibility tools.
Establish and leverage a high-level network with cargo owners and logistics providers to position our ecosystem as their primary supply chain partner.
Conduct deep-dive process mapping with clients to identify supply chain bottlenecks and "re-engineer" their flow of goods through our infrastructure.
Lead the end-to-end commercial cycle, from initial pitch and complex negotiations to coordinating with Legal and Ops to ensure the "solution" becomes a reality.
Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, gathering competitor intel and trade flow data to pivot our commercial strategy in real-time.
