Responsibilities:- Develop strategic sales plans, conduct market surveys, and identify new business opportunities within the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, conduct client meetings, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance metrics, providing regular MIS and operational reports to management.
- Coordinate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong distribution network (dealers, distributors, and agents) for industrial/metal products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in sales, specifically within heavy engineering, metals, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong exposure and network in the respective state market.
- Proven sales and distribution management experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in market analysis.
