Job Description -
- Doctor Detailing: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote pharmaceutical products and provide detailed scientific information.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly secondary and primary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Market Mapping: Identify and profile potential clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists to ensure product availability and brand loyalty.
- Product Launch Execution: Implement marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring high visibility and prescription generation from Day 1.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new launches, providing timely feedback to the management team for strategic planning.
- Stockist Coordination: Work closely with distributors and retail chemists to ensure that prescriptions generated are honored and that there are no "out-of-stock" situations.
- CME and Activity Organization: Organize and assist in Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and clinical trials to enhance brand credibility.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily calls, chemist visits, and expenses through the company’s CRM or reporting software.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously update scientific knowledge regarding the company’s portfolio and relevant therapeutic segments to handle technical queries effectively.
