Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition in Singapore, this role is focused on managing high-volume talent acquisition workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment logistics, including complex interview coordination and candidate journey management.
Manage talent mapping initiatives and perform data-driven market analysis to identify emerging talent pools.
Maintain the integrity of the applicant tracking system while ensuring all documentation aligns with local labor regulations.
Generate comprehensive reports on pipeline health, fulfillment status, and key recruitment performance metrics.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline hiring processes and meet headcount forecasts.
skills and experience required
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment functions.
Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapid-growth environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in data management and reporting using professional spreadsheet tools.
Practical knowledge of modern applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology suites.
Strong organizational competencies with a focus on detail-oriented documentation and communication.
