Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full operational, financial, and clinical management of the facility.
• Lead, mentor, and build capability across nursing, personal care, and support staff.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage facility budgets, AN-ACC funding optimization, and occupancy rates.
• Build strong, transparent relationships with residents, families, GPs, and external stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing residential aged care facilities.
• Current, active AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (RN).
• Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and clinical risk.
• Proven track record in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership.
• Full-time availability and valid Australian working rights.
