We are working with established contractors, PMC, and clients to build a strong safety team. We are looking to fill multiple positions all across Malaysia ranging from SSS, SHO, to Manager level roles.

about the job

• Ensure workplace compliance with OSHA 1994, Factories and Machinery Act (FMA), Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974, and all other relevant local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, or non-compliance, and recommend immediate corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into all workplace accidents, near-misses, and occupational diseases. Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., JKKP 6, 7, and 8 forms) to DOSH within the required timelines.
• Act as the Secretary of the Safety and Health Committee, ensuring regular meetings are held, minutes are recorded, and action items are followed up on.
• Develop, review, and update Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) or Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents for all operational activities.
• Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and specialized OSH training programs for employees and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies, including DOSH (JKKP), BOMBA, and DOE (JAS).
• Establish, maintain, and test Emergency Response Plans (ERP), including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
