Ensure compliance with company and legal safety regulations at the assigned site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify risks and non-compliance.
Monitor workplace activities to ensure workers comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
Report and investigate accidents or incidents promptly and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety induction and regular training sessions for new and existing employees.
Maintain records of safety meetings, incidents, training, and inspections.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and third parties regarding site safety measures.
Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Promote a culture of safety through awareness programs and continuous monitoring.
Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Preferably completed from RLI/CLI or any recognized institute as per Factories Act
Additional certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH will be an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office and report preparation
Strong understanding of occupational health and safety guidelines (OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Incident investigation and root cause analysis
Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed
Team coordination and reporting skills
