key responsibilities
- Supporting agents and team leaders in daily business through coaching, side-by-side & Call listening, sales conversation techniques, objection handling and closing skills
- Organize and facilitate small-group workshops to encourage knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange among agents
- Support the implementation of monthly sales initiatives and contribute to the achievement of sales targets
- Analyze sales performance data, present insights to management, and provide actionable recommendations
- Introduce, train, and promote the effective use of sales tools and systems
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and agents on performance improvement, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular call quality reviews and identify recurring improvement opportunities
- Monitor the effectiveness of coaching initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
- Share success stories and best practices across teams to drive a high-performance sales culture
- Identify training needs based on sales results, quality metrics and customer feedback
- Reporting progress and planning to the Operation Manager & Head of for Platinum
- Handling in and outbound calls if required
skills
- 1-2 years proven experience as a Sales Coach or similar role in sales
- Experience in sales techniques, including cold-calls and negotiation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in coaching people
- Certification in sales training is a plus
- Demonstrates resilience and innovative thinking
- Skilled in reporting and data analysis
- High energy and enthusiasm to inspire others
- Fluent level of German (at least C2 level) and English (at least C1 level)
