- Develop and execute strategic national sales plans to expand market share within the fine chemical and petrochemical sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a national sales team of approximately ten professionals to consistently achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs.
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, industry stakeholders, and major engineering firms.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capture new business opportunities within the process industry.
- Collaborate with technical and production departments to ensure customized fluid equipment solutions meet complex client specifications.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, technical bidding, contract negotiation, and after-sales coordination.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline from a reputable, full-time university.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in industrial sales, specifically within the fluid equipment or process industry sectors.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of business models, procurement processes, and value-chain dynamics within the petrochemical and fine chemical industries.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills, capable of effective collaboration in a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel nationwide as required to support business development and team management activities.
