• Plan, forecast, and report on sales performance, while preparing the annual budget and monthly sales forecasts for production planning.

• Manage finished goods inventory by monitoring stock levels, controlling stock aging, and ensuring acceptable turnover rates.

• Drive market expansion by visiting customers and providing weekly reports to the General Manager.

• Take responsibility for attaining budgeted sales quantities and provide decisive solutions to meet company objectives.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Sales Department.

• Maintain proactive communication channels with customers and various internal departments.

• Liaise and meet with subcontractors as necessary to support business and organizational development.

• Attend daily departmental meetings to highlight important issues and promote work improvement.

the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
