Responsibilities:- Develop, generate, and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functionalities.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data.
- Create and manage multi-ports reports to provide a holistic view of sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their reporting needs and provide timely support.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis projects as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data for reporting.
- Proven experience as a MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Strong data cleaning and data management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.
- Experience in the liquor manufacturing or FMCG sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
