In this 1 year contract role, you will provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to the sales and business development team.
- Prepare and update monthly fund performance reports and presentation factsheets for client meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from internal stakeholders for prospect materials and formal proposals
- Manage and maintain accurate client information within the CRM database and oversee marketing collateral
- Facilitate administrative logistics, including internal meeting coordination and travel arrangements for the team
- Support regulatory and compliance processes, including documentation submissions and KYC due diligence screenings
skills and experience required.
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or client servicing role, preferably within the financial services sector
- Strong Microsoft Excel (pivot table and vlookup) and PowerPoint skills
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
