Our client is looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join their Platform team on an immediate contract basis through to June 30th, 2026. This role is critical to maintaining a healthy and high-performing Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring their users and data remain secure and efficient.
Based in Wellington, you will work alongside a collaborative team on varied and interesting tasks ranging from org health maintenance to release implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional to support a complex environment and drive success within their platform operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage user access through profiles, roles, and complex permission set assignments.
- Run high-volume data uploads and management tasks utilising Salesforce Data Loader.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports to provide business insights.
- Monitor Org Health, security compliance, and field level audit trails regularly.
- Perform data backup and recovery processes to ensure platform integrity and stability.
- Support release implementation tasks and provide expert troubleshooting for platform users.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment.
- Expertise in managing complex security models, including roles and field level security.
- Proficiency with Data Loader for managing large scale data uploads and updates.
- Ability to build advanced reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.
- Salesforce Admin or App Builder certifications are highly preferred to support experience.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across the wider Platform team.
