Are you an experienced SAP Functional Expert looking for an exciting opportunity to drive key enterprise transformation? We are seeking a skilled SAP Functional Expert specialising in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to join a high-profile SAP S/4HANA upgrade project based in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, delivering, and supporting fit-for-purpose VIM solutions across a complex enterprise landscape.
What You Will Do:- Design, configure, and implement SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes within an enterprise S/4HANA platform.
- Engage and collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to understand business requirements, process challenges, and system needs.
- Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, and cutover activities.
- Provide expert advice on solution design changes to ensure the system remains robust, fit for purpose, and compliant with relevant standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation VIM issues during hypercare, providing ongoing guidance and knowledge transfer to operational staff.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing original embedded SAP S/4HANA Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) module designs or working in live production environments.
- Experience with OpenText products such as Cloud Core Archive, Core Capture for SAP (CC4SAP), or Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4SAP).
- Deep understanding of VIM integration with SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Procure to Pay processes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering SAP solutions across the full project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
